Scotty Mills is a University of Regina Graduate with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in Human Kinetics and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. Scotty loves to promote fitness and health to help motivate and encourage individuals to become the best versions of themselves. His training style looks to prescribe in-depth and individualized exercises and training programs tailored to your specific goals.
Scotty is a Men’s Physique and Bodybuilding competitor, competing in shows in the 2013 through 2016 seasons; with a first place finish in 2015 and 2016 competitions through the and International Drug Free Athletics; winning his IDFA Bodybuilding Pro card in 2016. He is also an avid Obstacle Course Racer, completing 6 Spartan Races (including two trifecta awards), 2 Dirty Donkey Mud Runs, a 05K Foam Fest and a Tough Mudder Race. On top of his time spent in the gym, in his spare time Scotty enjoys staying active through a variety of activities including, hockey, volleyball, baseball, rock climbing, and hiking.
