Purchase Group Strength Training Classes

To purchase Group Strength Training Classes follow these steps:

1. Select the PURCHASE SERVICES tab then choose TRAINING SERVICES from the sub-menu

2. From the dropdown box choose Group Strength Training.

3. Select the Group Strength Training Package that you would like to purchase.

4. You will be directed to the Shopping Cart page. If you do not get directed or were viewing other pages and wish to return the menu link to return to the Shopping Cart can be found on the PURCHASE SERVICES tab and the Shopping Cart sub-menu.

5. When you are ready to Check Out, press the blue CHECK OUT button at the bottom of the page.

6. Enter in your credit card payment information on the screen then process your order.

Amazing gym. Has everything you need for strength training and a host of other equipment. Super spacious facility that’s also open 24 hrs. Highly recommend Trench, such an awesome place.

My experience at Trench has been nothing but positive. I purchased a drop in session in November of 2020 in hopes of touring local gyms in the city. Trench was the first and last gym on my "tour". The facility, the equipment, the staff and community, everything about Trench was what I was looking for. As a shift worker, 24/7 access is an added bonus. I just completed my 12 week Nutrition and Fitness consulting program with Neil, His Knowledge and professionalism were evident through the process, but what stands out most from my experience is his personable approach. I was able to drop nearly 40lbs in 12 weeks. I would recommend this program, as well as Trench Fitness to anyone looking to not only loose weight but make lifestyle changes.
