Check out the newest creation out of the Trench Kitchen: SWEET POTATO COOKIE MADNESS!

IMG 0935Our second recipe is posted and the blog is up and running full speed ahead. This recipe again used left overs that we had in the fridge. We had cooked up a big batch of sweet potatoes the night before and I decided to get creative and come up with a fun little cookie recipe using the leftovers. They turned out awesome and our clients had the pleasure of enjoying them after their workout today. These cookies are also an excellent example of how to get your kid to start eating vegetables. Sneak them into a recipe without them even knowing!
