Group Training

The Trench Fitness Group Strength Training program consists of one upper body/core and one lower body circuit per week. Group Circuit Training is an effective way to get full strength and cardiovascular benefits at an affordable price. It also provides a motivating atmosphere for each individual client.

Group Training Schedule

Sessions are 60 minutes in length.

  • Monday/Wednesday – 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • Tuesday/Thursday – 5:30pm-6:30pm
    (6:00pm-7:00pm until Dec 28th, 2017)
  • Saturday – 9:00 am

Group Training Rates

  • Unlimited Classes in a 30 Day Period for $149
  • 24 Classes for $432 ($18.00/class as a package)
  • 10 Classes for $200 ($20.00/class as a package)
  • or Drop into a class for $27
