“My 36 week transformation journey with Trench Fitness and Erika Tkatchuk has been an incredible one. I remember one of the first conversations I had with Erika; she sat with a container of freshly baked muffins in front of her that she brought to the gym to share with her group clients. I thought to myself this woman bakes real muffins and shares them with clients who no doubt are at the gym to lose weight the same as I. I knew then that I wanted to be a part of Team Trench and learn how I could bake and eat it too! Baking was a huge part of my life that I loved to do but gave up doing because I believed it was calories my body didn’t need and I should therefore stay away from.
Prior to working with Erika, I had already lost about 30 lbs but those were the easy ones. I was far from my goal weight and have since learned that the numbers on the scale really mean nothing for the most part. Today I am leaner and stronger than I have been in a long time. With the help of Erika and Trench Fitness, I eat the foods I want to eat on a daily basis. I bake almost weekly AND eat it too! I’m always trying new recipes with real food and have not come up with anything so far that my family has not enjoyed along with me. I workout regularly and can honestly say I enjoy every aspect of those workouts as much as I do my new eating plan. I will continue to carry on as I have the past 36 weeks as tracking my food and regular exercise has now become a part of my healthy lifestyle that I don’t want to give up.”
