Evan has been a member of the Trench family for awhile now and has been working with Erika throughout his journey. Here is what he had to say about his experiences:
” I wanted to thank you for all of your support over the past months. I finally reached my goal of losing 20 lbs! Every other day I am now flirting with 180 lbs on the scale in the morning after reaching 200lbs as of September 2012. I am ready to now be a new dad and thank you for the extra years you have added to my life by teaching me how to eat more healthy, drink in moderation, work my muscles and get plenty of cardio. After all of this work, I am definitely not going back to the old me!”
