Neil Tkatchuk has worked with Bryce on and off for the past 2-3 years. During this time he has seen and played a part in his mind and body and also assisted his wife Lavonne in her own transformation. Here’s what they had to say about being part of a Trench Fitness program.
Trench Fitness: How long have you been working with Trench Fitness for and what was your motivation for starting a Trench Fitness Lifestyle Plan?
Client: We have been working with trench fitness for 8 ½ months. We had tried some things before and were able to loose some weight but were not able to sustain it. You can’t continue eating things you don’t enjoy to maintain your weight. We needed for find a plan that we could adapt to our day to day life, it truly is a lifestyle change.
Trench Fitness: In your opinion what was the biggest factor in your success on the Trench Fitness program?
Client: The biggest factor for our success in this program is consistency. You can’t get the results you want following the program most of the time.
Trench Fitness: Describe how you feel now compared to the way you felt with your old lifestyle?
Client: We both have more energy, feel better physically, are much happier with our appearance and are more confident and happy as a result.
Trench Fitness: Do you have any regrets? What was the biggest challenge of this program?
Client: We have absolutely no regrets. We found the biggest challenge in this program to be the the choices as far as the nutrition in the beginning. You are not told what to eat but are given a guideline and you have to make the proper choices. You learn a lot about nutrition and how to enjoy the foods you like but in a healthier way and this takes a bit of time. You also learn you can still enjoy the things you did before but it moderation.
Trench Fitness: Do you have any words of encouragement for others looking to revamp their lifestyle and become more fit and healthy?
Client: Do this for yourself, no one else can do this for you. Anyone can do it. Set a goal for yourself and do what you need to do to achieve it. Don’t let things or other people influence your choices. The food you put in your mouth and whether you sit on the couch or get up and be active are YOUR choices, no one else’s, no excuses. Focus on your goal and you will be rewarded.
