“My transformation starts out kinda like everyone else. Bad eating habits, drinking , and other things and then you turn around and BOOM! You’re pressure testing an XL t-shirt and can’t for the life of you figure out why?

The birth of my first daughter is where I began to realize that life is worth a lot more than where the next party was gonna be. Social drinking were 2 words that didn’t exist at the time. I quit drinking one week before my birthday and didn’t look back.   I decided at that point to drop the pounds and start over. I dropped 47 pounds, felt amazing and started hitting the gym and got into the groove. I then got bit by the bodybuilding bug and went for it. Then…bro science takes over. How to eat, what to eat, and the big one…cheat meals. Then, the weight piles back on…fast!

After numerous diet plans and online coaching, I always felt that I was never progressing the way I should. It always seemed like the coaches never took me seriously, like I was another number.
trench-transformation-scott-2I had been following Trench for quite some time and I was always impressed by the transformation photos and how they always seemed to be behind their clients every step of the way. I tried to make it on my own with no success. Then, I decided to email Trench and see where it would take me. The email I received from Erika had one line in it that always is in the back of my head. “You can’t out train a bad diet”. Simple and so true. What I have learned about eating and using food has been amazing. It is so simple and easy. I can’t stress the ease of this lifestyle. I say lifestyle because this is not a “diet”. The gym is the only hard part but, if you want progress you gotta work your A$$ off!  New PRs are totally awesome and Neil keeps me motivated all the way. The support has been amazing!  From the coaches to all the great people on the forum. All the great recipes etc. that everyone shares. The advice and help from people that you may or may not know is great. I am also inspired by each and every one in there as well.  It is truly a “fit family”.

This comes from the heart because I’ve always been a bit of a lone wolf so, the added support and the positive vibes helps keep things on track. I always feel like someone is watching over me, making sure I’m measuring everything and staying focused. I’m truly grateful to be a part of a team that has so many amazing and inspiring people. I really need to give a huge shout out to my amazing wife and family who have been supportive as well. They make it very easy too.

This is only the beginning of an amazing journey. Stay tuned everyone! Much love.”
