“I have been a Type II Diabetic for 20 years. The day I was diagnosed I made the decision to look after myself and try and stay off medication for as long as I could and have managed to do that to this day. I have studied and researched nutrition and exercise and have been able to get myself to a fairly good level of fitness and body fat from time to time, but have not been able to get myself to that next level.
This is where Neil and Trench Fitness come in. I completed the 12 week Nutrition and Exercise Program which has taught me that it’s not only what you put in your body, but it’s what amounts (macros) that matters. That is what has allowed me to get to that next level.
After 12 weeks I have lost a total of 15lbs on the scale and have lost over 4 inches off my waist, all while adding some size to my legs, back, chest, arms and shoulders. I have tried numerous nutrition programs in the past, and some of them have been fairly effective. But nothing has been this easy for me to follow, and has produced these results.
At age 51, I honestly did not think that I would ever be able to get my body into this condition. The great thing is that now that I have, I know I can continue using the program and take it even further.
I was talking to my daughter the other day about how well I did and she made the comment that for this program to work so well on someone my age you guys must really know what you are doing. I think that sometimes older people think that programs and training facilities like Trench are not geared for older individuals, but that is absolutely not the case. Myself being the prime example, I get a lot of young athletes and football players in my store (Stay Fit Nutrition Center) and we get talking about different programs and exercises and when I tell them at my age I am doing powerlifting style deadlifts and ass to the ground squats they can’t believe it.
I made the choice to try and live a healthy lifestyle many years ago. Trench Fitness has allowed me to accomplish this at a whole new level. It works!”
