transformation-deb1“Trench Fitness has been a very important part of my life for over a year. I seldom miss one of my fitness classes but it was not until this fall that I decided to embrace all that “living in the trenches” had to offer. I began my nutrition trek with Neil. I know that people over 50 often blame their age, metabolism or hormone changes for their inability to lose weight and tone their muscles. Not true! I am happy to report that, 20 pounds and two shed pant and dress sizes later, I have had a successful journey! Now I am ready to continue on my own.  Thank you to both Neil and Erika for the amazing mentoring, encouragement and shared recipes. I am definitely a “Trench lifer”!”
