trench-transformation-derek2-1Before starting this program with Neil I had been working out on and off for 3-4 years and not seeing any results. I would get frustrated because I thought I was putting in enough work and eating fairly healthy, but little did I know how much more there is to the whole process. When I first came to Trench Fitness 6 months ago I really had no idea what was to come my way but I had one goal in mind and that was to pass my firefighting physical. Me and Neil worked together to find a program that fit my body type. Instantly within a few weeks I could already tell I was starting to see a difference in my shape and also my strength. I never really realized before how much food does take a huge role in receiving results. When I first started Neil had me at 300 grams of carbs 180 grams of protein and 60 grams of fat and by the end of it I was up to 500 grams of carbs 180 grams of protein and 85 grams of fat and still getting leaner. Throughout this time together I worked with Neil to help better my form in many exercises as he really did push me to my limits. Walking into his and Erika’s gym 6 months ago has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Their gym is one of a kind as it really feels like a second home. I would highly recommend anyone to their facility as they will not be disappointed.
