Trench Fitness: How long have you been working with Trench Fitness for and what was your motivation for starting a Trench Fitness Lifestyle Plan?
Client:     I have been training with Neil for 12 weeks now and I have to say its been the most amazing experience of my life and I couldn’t be happier. My biggest motivator to start the Trench Fitness Lifestyle Plan would have to be my friend and boss Frank Guenther. He began his lifestyle change about 10 weeks prior to me and I’ve watched him come to work everyday looking leaner, stronger and happier.  The amount of energy and positivity that came from him was so inspiring that I had to begin my Lifestyle Change immediately. I then met Neil and after our first session I knew that he was going to be the best trainer to help me with my lifestyle change.  For those who know Neil, his words of encouragement, his positivity, motivation, substantial knowledge of nutrition and weight lifting make him the best personal trainer out there.  With those two motivators in my life it made it possible for me to get where I am today. I thank you both very very much.

Trench Fitness: In your opinion what was the biggest factor in your success on the Trench Fitness program?
Client: The biggest factor for my success on the Trench Fitness Program is the All Natural Nutrition Plan and Weight Training Plan.  These two plans have been so well thought out with years of experience from Neil himself that I know will work for anyone. If it worked for me it will work for you. The great thing about the plan is Neil explains how and why it works. He teaches you about a balanced diet of Carbohydrates, Proteins, and Fats and what type of foods you should eat and not to eat. To be honest everything I eat, I love to eat and I’m not forced to eat it because I know its good, healthy and beneficial for me. With the nutrition plan comes the weight training plan you are taught so many exercises and are informed on what muscles are being worked through proper technique and form. With these two plans you will become Healthy, Stronger, and Leaner.

Trench Fitness: Describe how you feel now compared to the way you felt with your old lifestyle?
Client:  I feel much happier about the way I look, the way I feel and the way I think. I have twice as much energy throughout the day which makes me more productive at work and at life in general. Everyone wants to look better and feel better and if you want that to happen in your life you need to think of this as a lifestyle change and not a diet.  This program will give you the knowledge and ability to live a healthier and happier life. I used to go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do what I thought was right and then during the day eat what I thought was healthy but little did I know I was actually wrong about most of that because I wasn’t feeling healthier or getting into better shape.  Now in 12 weeks I’ve done more then I have in years and its the most fulfilling experience of my life.

Trench Fitness: Do you have any regrets? What was the biggest challenge of this program?
Client: The only regret I have is that I wish I started this Program years ago. I would say the biggest challenge is probably the first 2-3 weeks, because you need discipline in order to follow the nutrition plan to the T. After those first few weeks it becomes a habit and routine. You then start to see major changes in your energy level, strength and the way you look. You’ll be getting leaner, lighter and stronger and at this point everything is falling into place and your not even half way there. Its just so amazing how quickly things begin to get better.

Trench Fitness: Do you have any words of encouragement for others looking to revamp their lifestyle and become more fit and healthy?
Client: It’s all in your mind. If you want something, work hard to get it!  It won’t happen over night and it won’t come easy, but if you put your mind towards it and surround yourself with people who are positive and are motivated, the sky is the limit. Its a Lifestyle change and you’ll never regret it.  I’m the happiest Ive ever been in my life and I’m proud of myself and you should be too.
