Neil is the first coach I have ever worked with and it was such a great experience. I was referred to him by a friend of mine and always heard such positive feedback. Came to trench fitness a year and a half ago looking for a good quality gym that you could do whatever type of training you want to and that’s exactly what I found, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the members are friendly too, overall a great gym and would highly recommend it to anyone!
