My experience at Trench has been nothing but positive. I purchased a drop in session in November of 2020 in hopes of touring local gyms in the city. Trench was the first and last gym on my "tour". The facility, the equipment, the staff and community, everything about Trench was what I was looking for. As a shift worker, 24/7 access is an added bonus. I just completed my 12 week Nutrition and Fitness consulting program with Neil, His Knowledge and professionalism were evident through the process, but what stands out most from my experience is his personable approach. I was able to drop nearly 40lbs in 12 weeks. I would recommend this program, as well as Trench Fitness to anyone looking to not only loose weight but make lifestyle changes.
I haven't been going to Trench very long but I've really liked it so far, the staff is friendly and it provides a great motivating atmosphere, its a well equipped gym and you dont have to feel bad taking your time doing exercises, no ones gonna be breathing down your neck because your using the equipment they want, the members themselves are respctful too
First I’d like to say how great it is to be part of the Trench community. I thought it would be intimidating switching but the support and comradeship was one of the first things I noticed when I joined this year. Whether it’s to lift a little or a lot, or train for a competition, you can feel the energy in the gym - it’s something that has revitalized my motivation to go to the gym. Neil and the team at Trench have really stepped up to the challenges that Covid-19 has posed, making the gym clean, safe and welcoming! I have also been fortunate to take part of two sessions of the women’s strength classes. It is the first time in a long time that I have noticed results and am feeling more confident in myself physically and mentally. I highly recommend Trench to someone looking to either make a switch or sign up for their first gym membership. Thanks Trench!
