Stronger – Women’s Strength Class

​Mondays/Wednesdays beginning January 11th and running for 8 weeks. 16 total classes.

Max capacity 6 people.  Includes programming up to four days per week.

$20/class – $320 total

Guaranteed to help you get stronger and feel more confident with weight training.

Barbells & Babies Online Class

Barbells and Babies is back for another round!  Group Strength Training designed for Moms and their Children.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
