Stronger – Women’s Strength Class

Join us for 8 weeks. 16 total classes.

Max capacity 8 people.  Includes programming up to four days per week.

Stronger – Mixed

Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 5:30AM

Females, Males, and Couples – Join us for 8 weeks. 16 total classes.

Max capacity 6 people.  Includes programming up to four days per week.

Stronger – Youth

Stronger class designed to teach and develop the fundamentals of strength training and exercise in youth.  Ages 8-14.

Mondays + Wednesdays at 6:30 PM

Custom Group Classes

We can custom tailor group classes to your specific needs.  Great for sports teams!

For 5-8 participants.

$120/class, scheduled and billed 4 dates at a time.
