Stronger – Women’s Strength Class

A new group of STRONGER – Women’s Strength Classes are back.  Join us for 8 weeks. 16 total classes.

  • Mondays/Wednesdays – 6:00PM (now full)
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays – 5:30AM (now full)
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays – 5:30PM (now full)
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays – 6:30PM (now full)

Max capacity 6 people.  Includes programming up to four days per week.

$20/class – $320 total

Stronger – Mom Edition​

A specialty class designed for women who want to become stronger and healthier role models for their children.

For women who want to workout with or without their children.

Begins March 1st

Mondays + Wednesdays
9:15am-10:00am

12 weeks -$249 plus tax.

For 5-8 participants.

$120/class, scheduled and billed 4 dates at a time.
