Tuesdays and Thursdays (7:00PM-8:00PM)

Classes starting on January 7th for 12 weeks.  24 Classes for $360

Contact us to join this class already underway on a pro-rated basis at $15/class.

Stronger – Women’s Strength Class

Tues/Thurs beginning March 3rd and running for 8 weeks. 16 total classes.


Max capacity 6 people.  Includes programming up to four days per week.

$20/class – $320 total

Guaranteed to help you get stronger and feel more confident with weight training.

Barbells & Babies

Barbells and Babies is back for another round!  Group Strength Training designed for Moms and their Children.

Mondays and Wednesday (spots available)
Tuesdays and Thursday (now full)

Starts January 6th or January 7th for 12 Weeks – $249

Participants enrolled in the Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday group can also register for the Friday class option for $124.56 and attend classes 3 days a week.
