Men’s Premium Fitted Jersey Tank

My experience at Trench has been nothing but positive. I purchased a drop in session in November of 2020 in hopes of touring local gyms in the city. Trench was the first and last gym on my "tour". The facility, the equipment, the staff and community, everything about Trench was what I was looking for. As a shift worker, 24/7 access is an added bonus. I just completed my 12 week Nutrition and Fitness consulting program with Neil, His Knowledge and professionalism were evident through the process, but what stands out most from my experience is his personable approach. I was able to drop nearly 40lbs in 12 weeks. I would recommend this program, as well as Trench Fitness to anyone looking to not only loose weight but make lifestyle changes.

I have been utilizing Trench for a couple years now doing both nutritional programs and personal training sessions with Neil. Neil has been great to train with and has taught me so much. He is always pushing me to get outside of my comfort zones and try a bit more. I definitely would not be where I am in my strength training without his help and support.

Welcoming, friendly staff and trainers dedicated to their clients a great massage therapist on site upon appointment, clean equipment & bright clean gym. Several different programs to get you on track & to assist you meet your goals. The owner is truly committed to making the whole experience a delight. I look forward to every session! Thanks to Trench Fitness & my trainer Marty Pylatuk I'm feeling stronger than ever!
