Nice facility! I really enjoy my one on one sessions, they are informative and my trainer is very reliable.

This was my first time working with Trench Fitness. The service was very professional and the knowledge provided was top notch. The nutrition and exercise plan I received was the most detailed and customized plan I’d ever seen. It was truly tailored just for me. For many years, I experienced pain while lifting weights and while running however since working with Trench, I have been injury free. Neil took the time to educate me on proper form and proper technique and was patient in making modifications in exercises so they could work for me. The nutrition plan was excellent and throughout it all, Neil was very positive, encouraging and helped me achieve the results I was hoping for! I just renewed for 12 more weeks. I have been utilizing Trench for a couple years now doing both nutritional programs and personal training sessions with Neil. Neil has been great to train with and has taught me so much. He is always pushing me to get outside of my comfort zones and try a bit more. I definitely would not be where I am in my strength training without his help and support.
