This was my first time working with Trench Fitness. The service was very professional and the knowledge provided was top notch. The nutrition and exercise plan I received was the most detailed and customized plan I’d ever seen. It was truly tailored just for me. For many years, I experienced pain while lifting weights and while running however since working with Trench, I have been injury free. Neil took the time to educate me on proper form and proper technique and was patient in making modifications in exercises so they could work for me. The nutrition plan was excellent and throughout it all, Neil was very positive, encouraging and helped me achieve the results I was hoping for! I just renewed for 12 more weeks. I selfishly want to give this place a bad review so that it doesn’t get any busier BUT I CAN’T. I have worked out at probably 5-7 different gyms in the city and this is by far the best atmosphere, space, equipment, and clientele. Neil and the rest of his team treat everybody with respect and support. I’d recommend this gym to any level of fitness!

Very friendly staff, Erica was very helpful. Top notch equipment and great music. If you are in Regina don't look any further.
