Train Insane or Remain the Same (Bunny Hug)

I have been training at Trench for a few months. I have had a great experience training with Marty Pylatuk.. Highly recommended!

I haven't been going to Trench very long but I've really liked it so far, the staff is friendly and it provides a great motivating atmosphere, its a well equipped gym and you dont have to feel bad taking your time doing exercises, no ones gonna be breathing down your neck because your using the equipment they want, the members themselves are respctful too
