Inner strength begins to grow when we get to know ourselves. When we know what we want, when we stand for what we deserve and when we believe in what we are capable of doing.
I see inner strength like a tree. Trees grow by producing new cells in a very limited number of places. These places are cell divisions called meristems (thank you bogus university class I had to take years ago). Meristems are zones or intense activity. They are where all new cells are formed and where they expand.
In us, inner strength grows in a limited number of places. There so call meristems are our hearts and our minds. It is in these zones where intense activity develops and expands our strong s[pirit.
If addiction is an issue in your life whether that be alcohol, drugs, exercise etc you need to tap into your inner strength. Trees are strong. They weather the environments, live for 100’s of years and are known for giving shelter… but they take time to grow. Strength is very much to same. Be true,be kind, and believe in yourself.
