Have leftovers kicking around? Check out this great Pumpkin Chilli Recipe!
Ok so its the end of the week and if your a family of two like we are you most likely have a few containers of odds and ends in the fridge. Leftover this week I had ground turkey, pumpkin puree, kidney beans, and fresh salsa. At that point I had three options; toss it in a frying pan, toss it in the crock pot, or toss it in the garbage. The cold weather convinced me to toss it in the crock pot. I loved the way it made our kitchen smell as the chili took in the pumpkin pie flavoring. What a great surprise!
