I haven't been going to Trench very long but I've really liked it so far, the staff is friendly and it provides a great motivating atmosphere, its a well equipped gym and you dont have to feel bad taking your time doing exercises, no ones gonna be breathing down your neck because your using the equipment they want, the members themselves are respctful too

Neil is the first coach I have ever worked with and it was such a great experience. I was referred to him by a friend of mine and always heard such positive feedback.
