Massive gym with no contracts and always room to lift. Also you can drop the weights and use chalk. Gotta love it

Came to trench fitness a year and a half ago looking for a good quality gym that you could do whatever type of training you want to and that’s exactly what I found, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the members are friendly too, overall a great gym and would highly recommend it to anyone!
