Making a crust-less quiche is not much different than making a regular quiche. Actually its easier, as there is one less thing to worry about. Silicone baking cups make these quiches super cute and super easy!
Babycakes Crustelss Quiche
I am going to tell you the hard truth. Many of you will never have a successful love life like I do. Why? Because when things get tough, when people get tired, when something isn’t easy – people quit. I’m here to tell you that successful relationships are not structured around valentines day and anniversaries. Successful relationships are made day in and day out. Relationships are hard and I can’t guarantee they will get easier. In fact, I bet they will get harder. But I can guarantee it will change, if you change your perception and finally be honest with yourself. Make time for each other. If someone doesn’t make time for you – forget about them! Give these adorable heart shaped quiches a try for your next date night!
Ingredients:
2 cup egg whites
200g shredded zucchini (add whatever veggies you would like)
50g mushrooms
2 tbsp purple onion
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
3. Pour into 12 silicone muffin molds or a sprayed muffin tin, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
* I served ours with oven fries and (zero carb, fat, sugar etc) red devil! AMAZING!
