It is an amazing feeling to go to bed knowing exactly how many carbohydrates, protein, fat, and therefore calories you have taken in that day. One important aspect that everyone must have who decides to do something like this is the correct mindset, consistency, and self control. I cannot stress how important these are. If you only stay on track 50% of the time, expect to see only 50% of the results. Neil and his team will tell you what to do, but only you can make yourself do it.
I would recommend anyone to join the Trenches, whether you’re 16 or 60. The amount you learn through Neil’s weekly check-ins, Youtube videos, and blog posts are almost more than someone can handle in 12 weeks. If fitness has never painted a clear picture in your mind, then all I can say is join. The knowledge gained from this experience is unremarkable.”
