I selfishly want to give this place a bad review so that it doesn’t get any busier BUT I CAN’T. I have worked out at probably 5-7 different gyms in the city and this is by far the best atmosphere, space, equipment, and clientele. Neil and the rest of his team treat everybody with respect and support. I’d recommend this gym to any level of fitness!

I have been utilizing Trench for a couple years now doing both nutritional programs and personal training sessions with Neil. Neil has been great to train with and has taught me so much. He is always pushing me to get outside of my comfort zones and try a bit more. I definitely would not be where I am in my strength training without his help and support.

Came to trench fitness a year and a half ago looking for a good quality gym that you could do whatever type of training you want to and that’s exactly what I found, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the members are friendly too, overall a great gym and would highly recommend it to anyone!
