Read MoreLarge space, lots of equipment. Even when there is a lot of people there it doesn't feel crowded. You also get a free session with a trainer so even if you are new to working out, you can learn how to use the equipment safely and proper technique. Really the only negatives are the small change room and the lack of parking when it's busy. But it's still better than Evolution Fitness.
Very friendly staff, Erica was very helpful. Top notch equipment and great music. If you are in Regina don't look any further.
Great place to work out!! staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable. Marty has been training, me for over a year and the results have been fantastic . They have lots of equipment to choose from. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting a great place to train.
