Read MoreThe moment I stepped foot into Trench fitness I knew it was going to be something special. This is by far the best gym I’ve ever had the privilege to workout in. The staff, facilities and equipment are incredible. The amount of knowledge Neil and his coworkers have in regards to nutrition and exercise is outstanding. I cannot recommend this gym and the services it offers enough.
This was my first time working with Trench Fitness. The service was very professional and the knowledge provided was top notch. The nutrition and exercise plan I received was the most detailed and customized plan I’d ever seen. It was truly tailored just for me. For many years, I experienced pain while lifting weights and while running however since working with Trench, I have been injury free. Neil took the time to educate me on proper form and proper technique and was patient in making modifications in exercises so they could work for me. The nutrition plan was excellent and throughout it all, Neil was very positive, encouraging and helped me achieve the results I was hoping for! I just renewed for 12 more weeks. Thank-you Trench Fitness!
Large space, lots of equipment. Even when there is a lot of people there it doesn't feel crowded. You also get a free session with a trainer so even if you are new to working out, you can learn how to use the equipment safely and proper technique. Really the only negatives are the small change room and the lack of parking when it's busy. But it's still better than Evolution Fitness.
