Neil is the first coach I have ever worked with and it was such a great experience. I was referred to him by a friend of mine and always heard such positive feedback. I have been utilizing Trench for a couple years now doing both nutritional programs and personal training sessions with Neil. Neil has been great to train with and has taught me so much. He is always pushing me to get outside of my comfort zones and try a bit more. I definitely would not be where I am in my strength training without his help and support.
