Great facility where you feel that you are family. Very clean, music is great and the trainers know their craft and care about your results!
I have been utilizing Trench for a couple years now doing both nutritional programs and personal training sessions with Neil. Neil has been great to train with and has taught me so much. He is always pushing me to get outside of my comfort zones and try a bit more. I definitely would not be where I am in my strength training without his help and support.
